Is this a course?
No. The Pathway is a methodology... we deliver it through 1:1 coaching, Mastermind cohorts, FlexIntensives, the Membership, and Speaking. Some people start with a Workshop, others go straight to 1:1. The intake form recommends the right combination.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the Experience. FlexIntensives are $697 a seat ($1,497 for Flex My Team). The Membership is a monthly subscription. Mastermind cohorts have a fixed cohort fee. 1:1 Coaching is by application. We'll share specific numbers on the personalized report... they're not the kind of thing that should be a comparison table.
Do I have to quit my job?
Most members don't. The Pathway is explicitly designed for people building on the side. Some leave eventually; many never do. The point is alignment, not exit.
How long does it take?
The full Pathway takes most members 6–12 months, but the stages are sequential... you can take Stage 01 in four weeks or four months, depending on what's actually in your head. Refine is ongoing, with a quarterly check-in cadence.
What's the smallest commitment to try?
A Workshop. Half a day, one outcome in your hand at the end, no quarterly commitment. Some members start there and never need anything else. See the FlexIntensive
Do you work outside Asia?
Yes. Members are in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Lisbon, Toronto, Sydney, Tokyo, Berlin, Mumbai. Most work happens online, with occasional in-person workshops in Shanghai, Lisbon, and Singapore.
