01The Flexperts

Taught by people who still do the work.

Some sessions come from specialists Alysia brought in: people running companies, serving clients, shipping work this week. They teach the thing they actually do... not a topic they read up on.

02Why collaborators at all

One field each, done for years.

The standard: you could check their work without asking them. A company they run, a market they trade in, results that exist outside a slide deck.
  • You get the working method, not the overview... because it is what they do on Monday.
  • They each trade across borders, so the advice survives more than one market.
  • Sessions are live, so you can ask the awkward question and get a straight answer.
03Who they are

Three practitioners, three disciplines.

Guillaume Burstert

Guillaume Burstert

Founder & CEO, Sunwise · LinkedIn as a commercial engine

Guillaume runs Sunwise, delivering mobile solar energy systems to off-grid communities and businesses across Africa and the Middle East. He does not treat LinkedIn as a side activity: it is his prospecting engine, a fully digital sales funnel that drives visibility, trust and leads for a company selling hard infrastructure.

His content has passed three million impressions, but the number he cares about is the conversations it starts with decision-makers. What he teaches is that mechanism — storytelling and technical credibility used deliberately, in a market where nobody buys on impulse.

Elaine Chew

Elaine Chew

Brand Marketing Strategist · Founder, Bright Design Studio & Zilla Tech

Elaine has spent over eight years helping entrepreneurs and small businesses scale with clear strategy and cross-cultural clarity. Since 2020 she has led Bright Design Studio in Shanghai — a fourteen-time award-winning agency — after a career working with brands including Disney, LEGO, Warner Bros and Accor.

She now builds Zilla Tech from Warsaw, a brand management platform for modern businesses. She teaches strategic scaling without fluff, how to position a brand across genuinely different markets, and where AI spend actually pays back for a small team.

Mark Ternouth

Mark Ternouth

Management consultant · Process design and business transformation

Mark has spent more than twenty-five years in management consulting, process design and training across the EU, UK, Africa and Asia — his own practice, and before that PwC, KPMG and Wipro. His work centres on business transformation: making multinationals more efficient across regions that each work differently.

He has worked across telecoms, government, retail, financial services, mining, pharma and biotech, with organisations including Airbus, Fidelity, Dyson and the John Lewis Partnership, and served as CTO of a Nasdaq-listed company. In Shanghai he mentors founders through Entrepreneurs' Organisation and speaks on influence, communication and how organisations actually hold together.

04Working with them

Where you'll run into them.

They turn up inside the pillar their work belongs to, as sessions, sprints and live Q&A. There is no separate track to buy. Members see them on the calendar; everyone else can take the single sessions they lead.

If you run a company and think your practice belongs in this room, that conversation is open. The bar is simple: teach what you do, and be reachable while you teach it.
