These terms govern your use of flexmycareer.com and everything we sell through it — single courses, bundles, memberships, pathways, masterminds, one-to-one coaching and corporate training. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.
Who you are contracting with
Your contract is with Creative for a Change, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States ("we", "us"). "You" means the person accepting these terms, or the organisation you are authorised to bind.
Flex My Career is operated as a United States business and is governed by US law, as set out in section 16. Our teaching is delivered internationally and bilingually, and our founder is personally based overseas — but the contract, the platform and your data all sit in the United States.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you accept on behalf of an employer or client, you confirm you have authority to do so, and "you" includes that organisation.
What we provide
We provide education and coaching: recorded courses, live sessions, written materials, prompt libraries, templates and community access, depending on what you buy.
What we do not provide. Our materials are educational. They are not financial, legal, medical, immigration or tax advice, and they are not a guarantee of employment, income, promotion or business results. Outcomes depend on your circumstances and the work you put in. Where we mention AI tools, you remain responsible for how you use them and for checking their output.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login details and for everything done through your account. Accounts are personal — do not share them. If you believe your account has been compromised, tell us immediately. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being shared or misused.
Purchases, pricing and payment
- Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and, unless it says otherwise, exclude any taxes or duties you may owe locally.
- Payment is taken at purchase by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's own terms.
- If a price is displayed with an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.
- Your bank may apply currency conversion or international fees that are outside our control.
Subscriptions and renewals
Memberships renew automatically each period until cancelled, at the rate then in force. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing a recurring price.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in it removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
Intellectual property and your licence
All course materials, videos, written content, frameworks, prompt libraries, templates and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. On payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own learning and your own professional work, for as long as your access lasts.
You may not copy, resell, sub-licence, publish, or share the materials; use them to build or train a competing course, product or model; remove notices; or record live sessions without our written permission. Corporate and team licences are separate and cover a named number of people — ask us before rolling material out more widely.
Your content
Anything you submit — assignments, community posts, questions — stays yours. You give us a limited licence to host and display it so we can run the service. Do not post anything unlawful, confidential to someone else, or that infringes another person's rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempting to breach security, scraping at scale, reselling access, harassment of other members or staff, or using the platform to break the law. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, and where it is fair to do so we will tell you why first.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, change features, or retire a course. If we permanently withdraw something you have paid for and you lose material access as a result, we will give you a fair pro-rata refund.
Third-party tools and links
Our courses reference third-party tools (AI assistants, design and productivity software). We do not control them, are not responsible for them, and their terms and pricing are their own. Links to other sites are not endorsements.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because you used the service unlawfully or in breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, liability, governing law — continue to apply after termination.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country or state of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most issues are resolved quickly and informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be notified by email or on the site before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
